Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly website interfaces
- Build and customize WordPress themes and pages
- Convert UI designs (Figma/Adobe XD) into clean front-end code
- Optimize performance, SEO, and accessibility
- Maintain and improve existing websites
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders)
- Familiarity with PHP (for WordPress customization)
- Experience with responsive frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap or similar)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and usability best practices
- Experience with version control (e.g. Git) is a plus
- Familiarity with performance optimization tools (e.g. Lighthouse)
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles
Requirements
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Good communication and willingness to learn
