Job description

Responsibilities
  • Develop new client relationships and effectively manage existing accounts in line with company strategy and objectives
  • Conduct daily visits to pharmacy clients to present and promote the company’s products
  • Travel to regional areas approximately 5–6 days per month
  • Implement merchandising activities to optimize product visibility and sales
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on competitor activities and market trends
  • Drive sales growth and consistently achieve assigned targets
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of successful experience in a similar role within the industry
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Dynamic personality with team spirit, ambition, and strong work ethic
  • Results-oriented with persistence and determination
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, and strong computer literacy
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Professional integrity, reliability, and confidentiality
