Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships and effectively manage existing accounts in line with company strategy and objectives
- Conduct daily visits to pharmacy clients to present and promote the company’s products
- Travel to regional areas approximately 5–6 days per month
- Implement merchandising activities to optimize product visibility and sales
- Monitor, analyze, and report on competitor activities and market trends
- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve assigned targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of successful experience in a similar role within the industry
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Dynamic personality with team spirit, ambition, and strong work ethic
- Results-oriented with persistence and determination
- Excellent command of both Greek and English, and strong computer literacy
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional integrity, reliability, and confidentiality
